Agent
A standard agent provides full customer or technical support. They actively respond to tickets, create new ones, track their status, change statuses, and ensure they are resolved efficiently. These agents are active in Requestor daily and have no limitations on the number of activities, allowing them to fully focus on support and ticket management.
Occasional Agent
Occasional agents are not primarily intended for daily work in Requestor but get involved occasionally. Typically, they are specialists or managers who focus on specific issues or queries. They have the same functions as standard agents, but their activities are limited to 100 per month, which suits occasional ticket handling.
Collaborator
Collaborators have limited access to tickets. They can view tickets and add internal comments but cannot communicate with customers or add public comments. Their role is to provide expert insights and support for agents, who then handle tickets with customers. This role is ideal for specialists or managers who monitor tickets and assist agents with more complex issues.
