Reports can be used to easily analyse the efficiency of services you provide to your customers or employees. Reports provide users, including management, with a complete view of the most important parts of Requestor. Reports can be used to monitor individual solution statuses, evaluate success rates and solution times, and get set-ups for outputs from the application for further processing and evaluation.
Requestor contains pre-defined reports that allow you to monitor provided services, work sheets, etc., and also has the option to create your own customised reports above requests. In the case of creating your own report, you can choose from several types of reports and from a large number of fields and combined functions.
