Knowledge Database provides an environment for gathering, management, and sharing of information. It helps to document verified procedures and provide them to team-mates or customers for further use
The knowledge database is fully integrated in Requestor and allows you to easily share data amongst users (either customers or employees) and request solvers. In the case of communication with the request of a user, you can simply insert a link to an article or even the text of an article.
Creating the Knowledge Database
Immediately after solving a request, you can automatically create a new article in the knowledge database and file it in the appropriate category. Articles and categories can also be inserted independently of solving requests. Articles can have labels which can make linking them to other, similar topics easier.
Requestor automatically searches the knowledge database based on the request content and suggests the best solution to the user.
