Customers are typically external subjects (companies and users) who enter their requests in Requestor. They can be easily separated from any internal users (employees).
It is possible to record assigned users, add documents, record notes, place logos, etc. in each customer profile. Fast access to solved customer requests for the solver is a matter of course. The administrator can determine which of the internal users can work with a module.
Customers can be easily imported and linked with your existing database or information system such as CRM/ERP. You can also comfortably use the Requestor API for integration of customers from other systems.
